Provides complete control of the Spoke IoT Application, Cloud and Edge processing all from within Salesforce with no code and no custom Integrations.

Thing Types allow you to configure “no-code” metadata to control the data model, frequency, and business logic of the Spoke IoT Cloud and Edge processing, all from within Salesforce.

Alert Conditions enables users to define when Spoke AIOT will send IoT Alerts to Salesforce, utilizing IoT Sensor, History, Related Digital Twin and Salesforce Context data in any easy-to-understand formula syntax.

Digital Twins allows users to combine multiple Thing Types into a reusable hierarchical model of connected definitions.  These Digital Twin types can reference related values in formulas and will be seamlessly synchronized and processed at the Edge.

Context Data allows you to easily send relevant Salesforce data to the Spoke AIOT Cloud and Edge, paired with each IoT Thing to provide relevant business context about the individual assets (e.g., account type, SLAs, service contracts); ensuring recommendations and automated rules respect the situational context of the asset.

Down Time works with Salesforce Field Service to automatically report unplanned service outages and calculate asset availability (uptime). Automate the generation of service work orders to reduce asset down time.
